Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
When using the site you agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, hateful, abusive, or harassing.
- Impersonate another person, the club, or any of its players, coaches, or staff.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its systems, or other users’ accounts.
- Use the site to send spam, scrape content at scale, or interfere with its normal operation.
Conduct in fan and community spaces is also governed by our Code of conduct.
Content you post
You retain ownership of the content you post (comments, photos, profile information). By posting it, you grant Everest Charlotte FC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the site and on the club’s official channels in connection with running the site.
You confirm that you have the right to post the content you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Moderation
We may, at our discretion, remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or our code of conduct. Where reasonable, we will explain the reason and offer an opportunity to appeal to hello@ecfc.com.
Club content
The Everest Charlotte FC crest, name, photographs, match reports, and other materials produced by the club are the property of Everest Charlotte FC. You may share them as fans normally do (social media, blog posts, fan content) with attribution; you may not use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is.” While we work hard to keep match information, fixtures, and stats accurate, we don’t guarantee that everything on the site is always current or error-free. Official competition results are determined by the relevant league or tournament, not by this site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everest Charlotte FC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. We will post the updated version here and update the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
